There are three options—(1) Accept; (2) Answered within Text; (3) Need further review, add comment.
a. ACCEPT: If you accept the point made in the query, just click “Accept”. Now the query locator (originally in red) will change its color to green.
b. Answered within Text: If the query requires you to make a modification directly to the text, click “Answered within Text” option. The query locator will change its colour to blue
c. Need Further Review: If required, you can add the necessary response as a comment by clicking “Need further review”. The Query locator will change its colour to red.
